These people do not give a flying fuck about their tenants. My sewage backed up again a couple of weeks ago. After stringing me along all of this time, they finally notified me that there is nothing wrong with my plumbing. Apparently it is normal to have feces back up into your bathtub!
Do not EVER rent from these people. The only thing they give a fuck about is protecting their Facebook page from negative comments and policing your language (the "f" word is anathema to them).
I am actually LOOKING FORWARD TO the next time the septic backs up. I AM GOING TO LEAVE IT THAT WAY. I will go to a motel and the sewage can flood this apartment, overflow into the apartment next door, and maybe after they suffer permanent structural damage they will GET OFF THEIR ASSES AND TAKE CARE OF THE FUCKING PROBLEM!!!
